| Requirements for candidates: | Job Description We are seeking an Order Processor to provide customer service and and handle various office responsibilities. This will involve answering phones, quoting prices, checking inventory, taking and confirming orders, tracking delivery and order status, expediting delivery, and resolving routine complaints and problems. Additionally, you will enter new orders into system; modify, expedite, cancel or confirm existing orders in accordance with standard procedures; prepare invoices and packing slips; receive incoming faxes and distribute to appropriate persons; keep up-to-date on new products and sales promotions; and maintain office and customer files. Job Qualifications Excellent order entry with speed and accuracy. Knowledge of general office. Equivalent to high school plus some additional specialized training. Experience in dealing with customers to resolve customer problems using tact and discretion. Experience in providing sales support and customer service to promote goodwill and improve sales activities. Good working knowledge of computers in a Microsoft format.
